Ready to explore Williamsburg and our neighboring North Brooklyn communities? Here, we give you some of our tried and true favorites as well as the newest selections around our favorite borough.
NEW: Continent Brooklyn
Continent Brooklyn is a Caribbean-Asian fusion restaurant that celebrates the Caribbean's diverse cultures and influences - and its unique identity as its own "continent." The 110-seat culinary-driven destination lies at the heart of the borough's most beloved food scene with an ultra-chic ambiance and magnetic atmosphere.
Located on the ground floor of Hotel Indigo Williamsburg, the 3,000+ sq ft. bi-level space features a main dining floor with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine dining floor, two full-service bars, a garden courtyard, and a bi-level private terrace.
After establishing a continued presence in Atlanta, Georgia, and opening the original Continent Restaurant and Cigar Lounge there, renowned Chef Scotley Innis brings back his New York City origins to celebrate the bold energy of Brooklyn. A culinary journey infused with inventive flavors inspired by Chef Innis’ Jamaican roots and co-owner Aliya Huey's Asian-African heritage, the menu brings international, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront.
Dishes are inspired by Caribbean culture and cut across borders like the Chinese-Jamaican-inspired Oxtail Lo Mein and Tamarind Wings, West African-inspired Suya Lamb Chops, Pan-seared Chilean Salmon served with Caribbean-inspired callaloo gnocchi, and a 34 oz. jerk-rubbed Tomahawk Steak. Continent Brooklyn's memorable cocktail menu takes guests around the globe, with exotic ingredients offering new takes on the classics and inventive new imbibing options like the Continent Punch served in a coconut shell with a flaming lime, and the Stush Martini served with a flower-infused ice ball.
Designed to feel intimate yet vibrant, Continent Brooklyn features a palette of gray and blue velvet banquettes and black dining tables, all accented by eye-catching decor. In the rear dining area, a towering custom mural painted by local artist Jermaine Percey Neal features dozens of abstract faces in bold colors and strokes, evocative of Brooklyn's diverse and dynamic cultural fabric.

Aliya Cocktail Den & Pool Club
A cozy oasis above the streets of Brooklyn, Aliya Cocktail Den offers a warm and relaxed ambiance and is a welcomed alternative to the rowdy scenes around New York City. Opened in 2024, the speakeasy-like den is located on the fourth floor of Hotel Indigo Williamsburg and is accessible via an elevator from a “hidden” check-in area off the main lobby. The space offers a seamless day-to-night epicurean atmosphere, encouraging guests to linger in an elevated home-like setting with friends and family. By day, the indoor den is drenched with light; come evening, panoramic views to the west offer the perfect sunset. By nightfall, the den’s intimate atmosphere provides dim ambient lighting that envelopes guests in mystery and romance reminiscent of a bygone era.
Unconventional in ideation, Aliya Cocktail Den serves up a collection of cocktails categorized in various “personality traits”: Sweet + sour “Playful” cocktails include the Bonita Applebum (Cognac, apple juice, lime, maple, torched rosemary and cinnamon) while spirit forward “Dangerous” cocktails include the The 219 (Bourbon, rum, tamarind, pineapple and allspice).
Strong yet approachable “Powerful” cocktails include the Jaja (dark rum, peach, allspice), while
“Decadent” dessert cocktails include Grasshopper - (Branca menta, mint liquor, creme de cacao, cream). Other “Classy”, “Bashful”, and “Bubbly” cocktails round out the rest of the menu. A tapas-syle menu created by Chef Scotley Innis serves items like Lamb Shank Pot Pie, Plantain Fries, Oyster Mushroom, and Lobster Tostones.
Sitting adjacent to the den, its newly renovated seasonal pool deck with private cabanas available by reservation via ResortPass. The 70-foot pool offers guests quintessential Williamsburg views and vistas of the Manhattan skyline.
